How does it work?

You can find all of our apartments online. There is a detailed description as well as photographs. We also have a video, so you get a good impression of the floor plan and also what it feels like living in the apartment. If you are interested in a specific apartment, you put it on your wishlist. You can put more than one apartment on your wishlist, of course. Then you fill in your request for and send us your wishlist. We will then get back to you within one day to answer all your questions regarding the apartments or the rental period.

If you have found your temporary residence, we will prepare the rental agreement. We will also put you into contact with the owner. It always makes sense to take the time to exchange a few emails with the owner or talk on the phone, because mutual trust is the best start for a tenancy.
When the rental agreement is concluded, you also get a “Wohnungsgeberbestätigung”. You need this to register at the Bürgeramt. Please make sure that you arrange an appointment before you come to Berlin. It is quite common, that tenants have to wait.
