General terms + commission fees 
Please read our general terms and conditions and the information about our fees carefully.  If we are successful in finding accommodation for you which you will rent in the end, we will charge a commission fee.

When filling in the form, you should pay attention to marked fields 
All fields marked * (pink asterisk) are obligatory. 
You will immediately receive an autoresponse with your data per email. All data is treated confidential.  Read here, if you have problems sending the form. 
Please only fill in the form only once. If you are interested in other objects, please note this under "what else is important" or write an email.

If you want to rent a room, please read the conditions for room rental before you fill in the form.

You only have to pay a commission fee, if we manage to find an apartment or a room, which you actually rent in the end. Otherwise theres won't be any costs
